How does one offer reseller acounts?

Can a reseller be a reseller?

Do you need a dedicated server to be a reseller?

What is needed to be a reseller?

I thought of it when I was thinking of the option of using a reseller acount over a dedicated server for my webdesign business. Can one offer webhosting packages along with reseller accounts as well using a reseller account, or is it a different ball game?

Get your own dedicated servers. Carve them up.

Yes.

To be a reseller is different [in a way] than offerring reseller accounts.

A Reseller account. :)

You can resell your suppliers reseller accounts. You can also sell regular hosting accounts via your Reseller account.

Iam asking this questioned because if I buy a reseller account from someone, I want to make sure it is not a reseller account from someone else.

Ask them outright who they use and what the makeup of their operation is. If in doubt, investigate. If they lie...continue shopping around.

Cheers
