$900 w/one Flash header (used either on all pages or on your main page). If you want more Flash than that (like a unique animation for every page) than the price will increase drastically.

Ok, here is my offer.
I will design 20-25 pages, including custom logo, custom layout and all custom graphics. I will also include 2 ad banners for advertising. The complete project will be completed within 2 weeks, and my only requirement is that I am aloud to post a link to your site in my portfolio(no objections, I'm sure).
My offer is 500$ USD, made in payments like this:
