I just wanted to tell everyone about my new host.

I came here looking for answers and offers a month or so ago, and ended up speaking to a wonderful gentleman from AddAction.net . He not only answered every question I gave him, he also helped me look through my offers. In the end, I chose him, (although I did get some great offers from other great hosts) . Why? He was friendly, helpful, and honest.

Now some of you are saying there is more to web hosting than just customer service. With AddAction I was able to make a custom plan that fit better to my needs. After signing up and getting everything changed over, I noticed a large difference in upload times, and download times, as well as everything else.

So not only has this company surpassed my expectations in customer service, but in the service itself. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fast, friendly and easy to use webhosting.

AddAction are one of my hosts for some time now( about 6 months), and except for misplacing an occasional ticket and once taking over 24h to answer an email, they have been very helpful and quick to answer and with virtually no downtime. I monitor with aletra so I keep tabs on my sites :)

I'm with addaction.net for about 1 month, so far the service has been great. I have my site monitoring by internetseer every hour, I don't get any downtime report from them.

The only suggestion I want to make is they should have a forum for their customers to share their feedback, idea and ask questions.
