Hello All,

Firstly Payton may not be as responsive as we would like a designer to be responsive but if you can keep yr patience a little and have the nerves to show some empathy than you see that he does become very responsive when he does have time.

If you are a person who may act unprofessional when tempered then Payton may not be the designer that you want as you may never feel satisfied once you start arguing.

In my experience Payton wasn't responsive my way but he had his way and once I adopted and showed empathy he was just very practical as well as very responsive for real.

You see, I saw so many very responsive guys. I have some around me and they are so responsive that they will call me 2 times a day and they will tell me all what they can do and they never say no but as a result they mostly do bs in the end and come up with totally something useless so what good is it in this case to be responsive?

Payton on the other hand is very practical, he does what you ask for and he is professional. he may not come up with yr dream site but he most probably will come up with the site that is good for your needs. (I guess he does this by his questionaire).

Even though I thought I made business with an ATM machine at the beginning, he proved me wrong later and gave me enough time and understood what I needed. I just had to ask him some small changes (like few icons). Though his design wasn't what I dreamed of, I am confident that his design is better then what I wanted/dreamed as I find it more usefull, clear and easy to understand for the future customers of mine.

Lastly I had a problem that in my English site I needed 3 plans though I needed 4 plans for my home language where I had to challenge some other companies plans. You know the design on the main page changes a lot for this difference.

I told him about this problem just when we were settled with our design. I asked him how much would it cost me to have a 4 plans version of my site.... and he just told me that he would do that for free.... He could have asked for 50 dollars or something or that he could say that it was not in the deal but he straightly responded that he will just go ahead and do it for free. (I can't imagine what would happen to my site while these suckers where I live would play around to add that 1 plan :) not only they would try to rip me off but they would most probably not be able to do it properly)

I am not sure if I have said anything irrelevant in this thread but I hope to not have.

Would I recommend Payton Designs? Definately yes. But if you are tempered easily and can loose control then you better of with another designer maybe.

Note: I will update this thread as my design finishes. This was my experience with Payton Designs and it does not guarantee anything for anyone.

Have a nice time all and don't forget to write yr experiences.

Thank you for reading.

A nice, well written review.

Payton is coding my design too. He seems like a good guy and designer.

Hi all, Now I am back to continue with my review about Payton Designs, as we have nearly finished the site for my hosting company. Did we finish at the promised date? Maybe no we couldn't, but at least the 50% of the fault was mine. In the process sometimes he was responsive and sometimes less responsive though the point is that he actually gave me more then I expected except maybe some details were not carefully checked which I am not sure.

What extras did he do? He accepted to do a slightly modified design for my other language site. He accepted to integrate my 3 hosting sites (all in different languages) to 1 WHMCS. These extras were not discussed in the beginning and he did them at no cost. (Actually he is still trying to do the WHMCS issue).

I am not sure if he carefully checked the details such as languages in the codes and all. But I trust his work as he was willingly solving any problem comes across.

Now I hopefully am going to give him a new site to do as soon as I solve my own problem with the Paypal.

Do I recommend him? Even though I have not worked with another designer yet on WHT, I still strongly recommend Payton Designs who wishes to have a good site with a moderate budget.

Thank you for reading my follow up review.

We have used Payton Design for customer sites several times and are really impressed by their professional work. They are very professional in the way the design and clone a layout and if you give them time to respond they will answer your tickets. I much rather prefer a designer who does a good job at the design rather than answering fast emails. From the design point of few Payton offers a great job at realistic prices. We would recommend their service to everyone who comes along. They are professional and fast.
