View Full Version : Order Form Needed
Theater 11-23-2002, 09:30 PM Need a simple order form that will do the following:
- Make users enter in their home address & billing address (if applicable)
- Allow users to select from a list of hosting packages
- Allow users to select the term period they wish to pay for (Monthly, Quartery, Yearly...)
- Allow them to enter a domain name to purchase (with checker) if they wish to purchase one from us.
- The method of payment they wish to use (Either Credit Card or PayPal)
- An area for them to enter in any special notes or instructions they may have for us.
- A total displayed at the bottom with an area to check to verify they agree with our TOS.
- Then have the information be sent to me in an e-mail so I can send them back a payment link for their service.

Is that fast? It's the first time I've used it before, so I'm kind of stumbling around in there. But I like the site, I think it's a very neat idea with some good programmers there... :)

It's like Elance, only they don't charge you an arm and a leg.
