Question for all 2checkout customers.
Did you put the text disclaimer required by 2checkout on your site? If YES, did you put it exactly as it was suggested by 2CO:
Some credit card and e-check purchases will be sold by 2Checkout.com, Inc. - Ohio, U.S.A. Products or services provided by <your company
name>
or you have changed the text? Did somebody come up with something better instead of this text?

I remember a thread last week which was from Tom from 2CO. I think he said if someone submitted a variation of it then it might be aproved for general use by everyone. I guess the best way is to submit it by email and see what they say.

I am about ready to change my text to the following:
"Some credit card transactions are processed via 2checkout Inc., OH. Their system is currently broke. Should you have any problems you may attempt to contact them - but they more than likely will not reply to you. Please proceed at your own risk"

This was discussed in the 2c forums a week or so ago. Their text was poorly worded, and you can reword it to produce gramatically correct verbage, however the essence of the message must of course remain.
If you only sell through 2c then you could say that all products and services are sold through them. Their suggested wording was an attempt to cover the case where a seller may use multiple processors, such as 2c and paypal.
