Calm down, calm down. I was partially joking but I was serious about everything in the list I made and you will need to make your server logs available but only "upon request" and if you are asked for them under the new Patriot Act. What I would recommend to avoid any problems (I've hosted so I know) is to make it expressly clear that you will not tolerate any grossly immoral or illegal material on your server and that any account featuring such material will be subject to immediate termination. Of course, if someone posts/uploads illegal material and then hauls butt on day 29, your still accountable and must make "any and all records" available. Yeah, it sucks but what does'nt in this day and age?. Sorry to bum you out but I guess this is the road America is heading down. Just be safe...don't slip up...be careful...be cooperative if asked and you'll more than like never have to worry about the jackbooted goons showing up at your door.

No vB (vBulletin) cost $$$, well worth it in IMHO but there are also some pretty good alternative such as invision board www.invisionboard.com. If you fo a search for "forum list" you can get a nice full list of about every forum available out there.

And If i do, where do I find these logs???

I hope you realize that I was joking about some of that stuff. I'm not sure if you are asking me or someone else but to be honest with you, you really don't have to worry about anything because like the other person said earlier, if the government really wants something from you, they can get it anyway so nothing has changed from the past and you should not have any problems hosting sites, making money and being successful:)

PS: I use Webmin on my Linux box although I don't have it installed at the moment. This is where I would lok to find my server logs, stats, etc. If your doing the reseller thing, they should have some sort of admin control panel where you can go in and do all that stuff (at least mine does).
