Private Label Products
Private Label Turnkey Dial Emerging Markets Express Service
The purpose of the WorldCom Emerging Markets (EM) Express program is to permit qualified non-commercial customers to sell specific WorldCom services. The EM Express customer will purchase WorldCom services and resell them to the reseller's end customers. The resellers own the end customer and provide first level sales, installation, operations, and billing support. WorldCom will provide services for resale by the reseller and provide support to the reseller.
Product Eligibility
With Private Label Turnkey Dial, WorldCom customers become Virtual Internet Service Providers (VISP) providing their end-users with dial access, e-mail, Web mail, personal Web space, and news. Meanwhile, WorldCom is in the background maintaining the network infrastructure, end-user support, and end-user billing. Turnkey Dial customers simply have to provide WorldCom with branding information and market the service to their end-users. Turnkey Dial provides end-users with a completely branded experience - from the dialer, to the browser and ISP bill, end-users are reminded of who is providing their Internet access.
This product is targeted primarily at enterprises with a large U.S.-based constituency. Typical customers will have online services, products, or communication tools to which they want to drive their customers in order to build revenue.
There are four primary categories of potential Private Label Turnkey Dial customers:
• Companies that have online business to business (B2B) capabilities like ordering and supply chain management.
• Companies that want to expand business to consumer (B2C) online services such as financial services and customer communications.
• Affinity groups that want to better communicate with their constituents and build loyalty.
• Employers that want to add an employee benefit.
Standard Dial Access Network (DAN) service level agreement (SLA) available for this product (request required).
Terms and Commitments
• Monthly minimum commit of 5,000 end-users throughout life of contract
• Must be at 30 percent of 12-month ramp by month 6

Monthly Fee Per Registered End User
Number of End-Users Per Month List Price
First 15,000 (0 – 15,000) $15.00
Next 15,000 (15,001 – 30,000) $14.50
Next 20,000 (30,001 – 50,000) $14.00
Next 25,000 (50,001 – 75,000) $13.75
All subsequent (75,001+) $13.50

If a customer exceeds its expectations and breaks the benchmark set for the next highest tier, the customer will then be billed at the price/end-user set forth for that new tier, resulting in a lower cost per end-user.
Note: The standard network usage plan is 35 aggregate hours per month. This is the average hours/user/month multiplied by the monthly end-user population. This value is the Usage Cap. Any usage over the Usage Cap is subject to the Overage Fee listed below.
Discounts
A standard discount of 10 percent applies to all of the above prices.

Set-Up Fee
The Private Label Turnkey Dial set-up fee ranges between $25,000 and $50,000, depending on the complexity of the project. Customized applications may require higher set-up charges.
Additional Fees
Overage $1.50 per hour for all usage over usage cap
Toll-free $4.50 per hour
Roaming U.S. $1.50 per hour
Roaming International $3.50 per hour
Note: Usage Cap is calculated by multiplying the hourly network usage plan by the registered end-user population. Standard is 35 aggregate hours per month.
Regional roaming is the use of any local point of presence (POP) located in Alaska, Hawaii, any U.S. territory, and Canada
Private Label Dial
Private Label Dial allows large enterprise customers and small to medium ISPs to buy access to WorldCom’s Dial Access Network (DAN) in bulk and re-package it under their own name. Private Label Dial customers must be tech-savvy enough to host their own RADIUS bundle services with the network and manage their end-users.
Customers can use Private Label Dial to:
• Re-sell access bundled with their applications and services
• Provide dial access as a way to drive sales or push content
• Provide dial back-up to broadband access technologies
Private Label Dial features low commitments and flexible pricing models (based on per end-user or per hour).
Options
Two pricing models:
• Per end-user
• Hourly

Graduated discounts based on volume commitments

Additional charges include:
• RADIUS one-time, start-up fee
• RADIUS interoperability charge (monthly)
• Additional domain name (one-time set-up and monthly fees)
• Access surcharges for regional and global roaming and optional toll-free
Terms and Commitments
• Customer must host RADIUS and have a minimum of a burstable T1 from WorldCom to their RADIUS box.
• Must commit to $20,000 per month by the end of the ramp period.
• Target to exceed 2,500 user base by month 12.
• Minimum one-year term required, 2 year minimum advisable (longer terms and discounts available).
• Higher commitments mean lower pricing, and vice-versa.
• Two pricing models:
1. Per Seen User pricing model allows 35 and 50 hours per user, per month, as an average across the base.
2. Per hour model avoids potential overage charges.
• Early termination penalties apply.

I think I remember a cheap one, something like becomeandisp or dialupusa something like that. I think they had DSL. Another one I heard of was Ezzie.
