Hello

3 days ago by surprise I found that one of my customer domains is not in my main account with namecheap (it should be in another account as it is registered with namechep).

I have at least 3 accounts with them. All of them with a single email as their main profile email.

I went to their password reminder form and entered email address and only received info of one of those accounts instaed of at least 3 of them.

Customer is in hurry and will become mad very soon.

I have sent 3 emails (one of them with URGENT: in its subject) and I have not received any reply since about 1.5-2 days ago.

There isn't any phone number on their contact page nor any address just 2 emails. What should I do?

If I remember correctly the onwer has an account here, is it?

wmac I managed to track down your email that you sent at 12:20 am this morning. I could not locate any prior to that. We have taken care of your problem. I do apologize for the delay.

enetwork, since you are affiliated with NameCheap it would help if you added that in your profile and/or signature.

Richard,

Sorry. I just saw your reply.

But I have not received any reply from you, nor password reminder nor anything else.

Then how you have solved the problem?

wmac,
We sent you the username and password for your domain on saturday morning as stated above. There must be something amiss somehwere. Do you use more than one email address?

Richard,

Yes. It's possible. But how can I know which email is associated to the domain as I have not received any password in domain administration email box.

Anyway thank you very much.

Actually we responded to one of your email addresses you emailed us from but I do not want to list that here. I will go ahead and resend this to you again.
