*** The Issue is resolved ***

I just want to point out that for 1 year and 8 months I was a happy customer of DelphiComp.Com and also received the best possible service. Also I want to point out that there is absolutely nothing wrong with "one-man-shows". I know 10 people+ companies who are NEVER reachable after they get your money. Matt is a nice guy and I am sure he had serious reasons to not be there these days. This is the first time this happened in almost 2 years and provided that it doesn't happen again, Matt is a good choice for hosting.

If you are an ACTIVE customer with them then PLEASE help me. If you can get a hold of Matt Barens tell him about this or get him to stop ignoring me.

I am desperate. I don't know what to do anymore. I will loose all my clients! PLEASE anyone!

It is not in my intention to reply in my own thread in order to keep in on top. I just want, at least, my data back so I can go to my new host and NOT loose all my customers.

I thought out that a new thread will catch more attention. I need help! I called 4 hours from Germany to America yesterday with BurstNET and LiquidWeb and those that led me to them, all for vain.

LiquidWeb however could not confirm that DelphiComp is not broke or something so I am seeking customers to verify that and maybe they can help me.

BS: I know you are really pissed off that your account isn't turned back on, but that's what you get. If you had only payed on time you wouldn't be complaining right now. You brought this on yourself and now you have to suffer the consequences.

I'm not saying what DC did was right, but there's really nothing you can do. Other DC customers won't be able to help you, so you're only real solution is to wait, or keep trying to contact DC.

But do you want to tell me also that it is NORMAL in the hosting industry that someone who missed a payment AND is turned off without notification AND pays the bill is IGNORED completely for 3 days (and how many more to come)??

None of the people I talked to found it "normal". Not my new host, not BurstNET (their DC) and LiquidWeb (the company that is between Burst and Delphi) either. Also none of the people I talked with until now.

I 100% agree it's not normal and it's not right, but again there really doesn't appear to be anything else you can do. Maybe liquidweb will restore the accounts for you?

They can't they said. And that is reasonable because LiquidWeb cannot mix itself into affairs between their Resellers and their Reseller's clients. As much as I have liked to "pressurize" them to do so I knew that it is not possible.

I am going totally nuts here! Can anyone PLEASE tell me what can be done in such cases. This never happened to me before... I can't even get my money back in PayPal now, means they obviously accepted the payment...
