To answer your questions:

1) Yes, but you'd need a dedicated server or VPS with cPanel installed to be able to use WHMreseller.

2) Yes I would recommend our Aussie R1 Plan - WHMreseller comes free with that (as a Master Reseller)

3) A VPS would mean you'd need to buy a monthly cpanel license, but WHMreseller is included free with all our VPS plan.

Hope that helps. I emailed you also.

Do you have a better way to check license?
WHMReseller keeps showing error "Your WHMreseller License has expired" while the license is lifetime.

Yes we do have a better licensing check system coming, its being written now. The current system uses the /etc/wwwacct.conf file, which can change sometimes, depending on the server admin. The next release will use the ethernet device setup by cpanel using the ifconfig command, the IP listed here never changes and this will stop any further licensing issues.

The next release of WHMreseller (version 4) will be quite a big change from the current version. All current customers on our 3.x version will receive a free option to upgrade. The new version has a newly designed graphic layout and utilizes more advanced Jquery functions. It also has an inbuilt billing system for all Master Resellers to use. This is actually a simplified version of our WHMexec product incorporated into WHMreseller. WHMexec will be released early next year and very soon after that WHMreseller version 4 will be released with all the new features and addons. So there are many exciting changes coming next year. These changes have been a long time in the works because we've been putting a lot of work into them.

does it consume lots of CPU and memory usage? Can you show me an average metrics (CPU and memory usage) when is being used by users?

Also can I have a trial like for a week?

No it does not consume a lot of cpu or memory, this is a myth generated by our competitors. The only function that can consume resources is the statsupdate function, this runs hourly to update the databases in WHMreseller with current server status. For example if accounts are added or deleted then new resource numbers need to be generated (updated). This is not very cpu intensive but because it runs hourly by default some people get sick of seeing it running, thinking its a waste of cpu, typically it will run for a few minutes each hour. However you can change settings to make it run once every 24 hours if you like.

The /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/whmreseller/wdmdatafile.txt file can be edited to increase the time between runs, up to 24 hours.

So if it bothers you - you can simply make it run once every 24 hours.

On all our servers we have it running every hour and we don't notice any affect at all on our servers load. Of course we don't overload our server with way too many accounts and those people that want to crowd thousands and thousands of accounts per server may find the statsupdate function running hourly causes their server to be affected. In that cause simply edit the file above and run it once every 24 hours.

Free trial is available to anyone, please see http://deasoft.com/whmreseller.php
