Hello,
I wanted to get an idea what reseller hosts prefer as far as server size from their provider. Would you prefer a small server with fewer resellers on it or a larger server with more resellers on it?
Thank you.. as I feel this will provide valuable information to many who serve you.

I suppose having bigger server will give more ROI in return and would be easy to manage

Hi
Bigger servers cost more, but overall generate more revenue so work out better in the end! So Id always recommend go for high spec servers!

You're definitely going to need a high-powered server to maintain resellers because for each reseller there's going to be X number of end-users which will be using resources. A low-end server will start to show wear once you start placing a few resellers on it.

Having Larger servers is better. Having a few larger servers will mean lower licence fees compared to having several smaller servers to do the same job. This means that the Host can offer a lowercost Service which generally makes customers Happy.

Either means of accomplishing the end relies on the same ultimate principle that the servers would need to be well managed. Proper server management is something that will make a small or large server setup worthwhile.
I think which is better is almost a moot point. However, I'd hazard to say that scale of production is always something to consider. The simple math is that you're going to get a little bit more out of the larger server in the long run. The raw power is a nice aspect for the consumer. I know that is something I can appreciate.
