Now this was kind of confusing and surprising. I went to modern bill website and saw that they cliam they also have a help desk in their software.. i am sure they do have something. but...


but most of the hosts i saw who use them are using perldesk as their support system. so i wonder why they aren't using the m-bills built in support system?

any technical reasons ? or ?

Not many features like Perldesk.

They have had this since July I believe, so it isn't new.

Just its features isn't as much as it is, its useless.
