Hey peeps.

Who here knows of a GOOD free PHP helpdesk? I personally wouldn't mind using PerlDesk if it was in PHP.
This is really just a cover for a month or two (if I don't like it; if I do i'll use it for longer- so a possible long term solution).
If I do not like it after two/three months I'm going to switch to Kayako eSupport.
dont try and change my mind because
Don't evern bother trying, I know a lot of great paid ones BUT I prefer Kayako. There has been a lot of fighting over InverseFlow and Kayako, personally I think InverseFlow looks way like Kayako; only one thing is: I cannot even tell what the heck I'm doing when viewing the Staff demo in InverseFlow. I like the way Kayako makes everything SO easy to view and sort out, it's like they actually are trying to make it easy for their clients and for your clients! Perhaps now InverseFlow may get a few refugees from Kayako; but I personally wouldn't be surprised if Kayako gets some from InverseFlow or even gets people who have chosen to go with them over InverseFlow (me bein' one of 'em). I just found the staff thing too difficult to actually use on IVF, just had no idea what this or that did; I found the way Kayako did it was a lot better- whether this is just the theme or font size; I don't know but somehow Kayako seemed easier for me: hopefully easier for my clients too!

Back onto the topic! heh,
Does anyone know any good free one for the next month or two I could use maybe going into a poss. long term solution? (in PHP/mySQL)
I know of: http://helpdesk.oneorzero.com/
They are kinda good but are also somewhat hard to use. Ages back when I first started researching I found this really great one with all the features of the pro ones but way too confusing to use.
Anyone know of a good PHP one? or am I stuck with PerlDesk until I purchase eSupport?

Thanks

If you are so possitive about Kayako eSupport, if it was me I will go with that. In that way your customers will not have to see any changes in only a couple of months.

Have you taken a look at phpmanager? It's not free but darn cheap and has lots of other functions as well.
