My requirements are:
Around 25 Pages which include 5 individual plan content page and ordering page, TOS, Comparison Chart, Domain whois function etc ...
Flash navigation and header is a MUST, can be the same for every page. Sound effect will be a big big plus !
I also need 3 different banners, 5 different logo of different size.
Website preferably design in HTML, so that i can edit easily without hassle in future. No php please.
Please PM me your offer or show me your past project. Price is negotiable and also my priority.

My site is currently down, but I'll offer a design(template) for a very low price of $160 american. You tell me what you want, i'll create it.
And, for the pages, that's just an easy other $160 dollars. I have low prices for great designs.

Not really. :D Try triple that much for a base price.

say what? no php? you dont code websites in php. php is a scripting language for dynamic content and etc. if you are looking for someone to just code the design, they wont use php. if you are looking for someone to do all the purchasing scripts and etc, it is impossible to do that in just html. why do i get the feeling that this site that you need "revamped" is nonexistant?
