Template Sale - Closed

Haven't i seem that for sale on a template site? :eek:

They also have the following terms:

You cannot:
Resell or redistribute templates (like we do).
Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of content provider companies and individuals.
Make more than one project using the same template (you have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design).

We bought the template from a Monster Template reseller and i didnt remember seeing any such statement on there site when we bought it. But ill have a look and if your correct ill pull it off.

Well the main Monster Template site Terms of use says this so... I guess ill have to contact they guy who sold it to me. Thanks for informing me.
