Instead of waiting for your service provider to send you the bill at the end of the month for all of your servers, is there a better way to proactively manage how much your clients are using on a dedicated server, VPS, etc., to prevent outrageous overages and the potential of them not paying?

If you're using a control panel system such as cPanel or DirectAdmin, all of those numbers should be easily available to you.

Thanks for your reply, but I know this for shared accounts.
I logged into my DC's control panel and it appears they have all the data logging there on the bandwidth. I forgot about this b/c we never come close b/c I don't overcrowd my servers so I never login to check the bandwidth usage.

or Munin but its not give you each details per user, is all your server details there,
I never use DC - but should be the same as WHM,
in WHM you can see per reseller account for example, and also shared account, how many BW your client use, data,...
should be the same on Dc
