Maybe someone can shed light on these 2 problems:
1 - I upload files with dreamweaver ftp to my readhosting server for one domain and either (a) the newer files do not appear or (b) the updated and newer files do appear live but then inexplicably disappear or revert back to previous versions. I've tested this on many platforms and many different machines (and cleared the caches on all the machines repeatedly) but the problem persists.
Readyhosting insists that they don't cache their servers. Is anyone familiar with this problem?
2- Very often I lose my connection with the readyhosting servers (despite a cable modem) - the FTP will work fine until I get dialog boxes that say, "Waiting for server" and then an error saying that the connection was lost. It's very unreliable.
Any thoughts?
