Hi, I am highly interested in being a support tech for a website hosting company. I do have experience in this field and I know CPanel and WHM immensely. I can now commit to weekends. I no longer just have to commit to whenever I can as I can work specified times for answering tickets, etc. I am 16 and have a work permit and can legally work in the USA. I can either work on a ticket basis, or non-stop from Fridays 4pm-midnight. Saturdays- 4pm-Midnight Sundays, 9am-4pm. These hours are negotiable. I know a lot about customer support and I am very friendly. Please send your wage specifications to kreilly@socal.rr.com . Please also email your basic company info, what trouble ticket system you use, how many clients/servers you have, etc. I am also available for phone conference if you would like to speak with me first. Please contact me if you are interested. We can discuss my salery requirements as well as all those details. If you are interested at all or have any questions on my knowledge, please feel free to e-mail me or IM me on AIM: KrazyKSpikey . I am in California (PST) and I am heavily interested as I like working from home, it sure beats going to a place everyday and yea. Thanks so much.

Hi,
Please note that to answer some of your questions: I DO know CPanel and WHM very well. I am superior in kindness and customer support and relations. I can help in a variety of ways and my wage is very negotiable. ;) I can change my hours slightly, and I am very open to discussion. Please im me on AIM: KrazyKSpikey , MSN: kreilly@kylecool.com , yahoo kylereilly , icq 112910624 , or email kreilly@socal.rr.com . If you would like to speak via telephone, I can arrange that as well. Thanks so much.

P.S.-I can also do online live support (ex. liveperson), as well as tickets and moderating forums if needed. I can either go by just tickets, or all-around like livesupport, tickets, and forums. :) Thanks so much ev1.

Kyle, I am sure you won't have a problem getting a job. You have the RIGHT attitude and responsibility. Best of luck.

May I ask, what camera did you use to take the photos on your web site?

I used the HP Photosmart 715. It is very nice and takes great quality pictures. :) Thanks so much for the comment, I hope I find a suitable company that is stable and is willing to work with me. Thanks so much. :)

HEHE, sorry, she's mine, you can't have her. ;)

So yea, people, some answers. I do NOT have to do hour, I can just do ticket, etc. :) Thank you to all of you who have contacted me with details or questions. :)
