Hi,

I need help for starting a Web Hosting Site. I have the site created already and is online but I need some info on how I could get the site advertised and known and the other ways i can get some more exposure for my site for Free. Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Use the search feature of the forums :)

You may want to lower your prices if you just started up. You can raise your prices after you start getting more clients.

List your site in web hosting directories.
Become known locally.
Get ranked in search engines.
Search this forum for more ideas..:)

1.) Put your site in your e-mail signatures as well as all the forums that you post in.

2.) When adding a comment in a guestbook, be sure to add in your URL as well.

3.) Print out advertisements to place on cars in parking lots, etc.

4.) Stand outside a shopping mall entrance with flyer handouts of your company. Place the flyers in enclosed envelopes with the words "Free" imprinted on the front makes people actually grab one. :D

5.) Viral marketing. Capture a funny photo, or photo manipulate famous characters and spread them throughout forums and usenet locations, and be sure to imprint your URL onto the photo.
