I was digging through some old emails when I realized that I have been with elitehosts.com for more than 4+ years now. I had made a review for them in the Web Hosting Fourm (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?p=6533632), but as I am currently using their reseller services, I thought I would post here as well.

My reseller experience started in September, 2005, and I had a regular account before then. But overall, I have been nothing but impressed by them. Their support response time is excellent, and every time I had a particular request, they were responsive and precise in their response.

example:
(2:37pm) me: I noticed in my control panel of one of my reseller domains that the max upload size is 2M for PHP uploads. I'm wondering if there's any way to increase it to 20M.

response:
(3:17pm) them: I've created a custom php.ini file for you by:
1) Adding the following line in public_html/.htaccess:
SuPHP_ConfigPath /home/xxxxx/
2) I then copied /usr/local/lib/php.ini to /home/xxxxx/php.ini and changed the max upload variable to 20mb

So yes, I am a happy customer of elitehosts.com, and would recommend them for any of their services.
