I am wondering if any of you have done or do this:
I want to provide web hosting services from different locations. For example, a service from Canada and from the U.S.
Lets say reseller company 1's server is located in the U.S. and reseller company 2's server is located in Canada. How would you combine them both on one web hosting provider web site. Is the billing system WHMCS flexible enough to handle multiple reseller accounts?
Thanks

You can setup both your reseller accounts within WHMCS and then when provisioning accounts choose which reseller account you want to provision the account on.
If you are looking for an interface where customers can move files between your reseller accounts and more features for global coverage, you would have to develop a control panel similar to Host Nine has done.

Nice, they offer services in UK, US and Asia. I am assuming I will have to go with a Canadian company as well.

Your idea is exactly the same as this topic

Any decent billing script can handle provisioning account on multiple servers / reseller packges.

I think you need to have accounts with each company from the each region you are interested in and then manage them separately.

Lets say I have 2 separate accounts. Can they both be managed in WHMCS?

Yes, WHMCS communicates individually with each server when it creates an account. It's really no different than if you had multiple reseller accounts with the same provider, or multiple servers with the same provider. That's what makes WHMCS so scalable and easy to use.

WHMCS should be a perfect solution for you. If you add the multiple servers, you should see the option to specify on which server you want to create the account.

ClientExec can handle different servers. I believe that as accounts sign up, you can specify which server they will be assigned. Clientexec also integrates with WHMCS.
