Lately, I've been reading about Paysystems having some issues. Those of you that were having those problems, was that with the Merchant IBA or the Merchant IMA. I've been shopping around for Merchant accounts....I worry about going from one processor that has problems to another one that has similar problems (although I hear Paysystems support is decent).
Their IMA seems comparable to many providers,although the monthly is a little higher than many I have seen.
Was there recent issues with the IMA's or was it only with the IBA's? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

We use the Merchant IBA platform. This is the one that had recurring issues, to my knowledge. I'll most likely be moving over to the Merchant IMA platform. Making enquiries now etc. :)

Thanks Bob...that is what I thought but wanted to make sure that the IMA portion wasn't the one that was having those issues...

The IMA platform is a full merchant account. Your name goes on the credit card statement etc. They don't have automated recurring transactions. You'd have to process them manually. At least you know the job will get done and it'll be done right. :)

If you're a larger hosting company and have the resources like Bob you can surely do manual processing :D
I haven't had any issues with IBA at this point, knocks on wood. Maybe I'll soon use Bob for outsourcing to process my orders. Call em AussieSystems :agree: :cool:

That is the big reason I'm looking around. I'm very quickly growing tired of 3rd party processors....starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth.
