I have linux and windows accounts. Would prefer if someone could provide the 2 in 1 account with linux and windows and take care of transfer as well without downtime.

I would look in the offers section if I was you. Then once you have picked out a few hosts that you like the look of, do a search on webhostingtalk or google for reviews.

Well, You find it in google.. But I am afraid about your Price Range, I think Dedicated Ips cost and Privet label Dns cost gating more!

Hosting providers with cpanel usually offer free websites transfer.
I don't know any windows host offering website transfer.

Seems pretty cheap for both windows and linux accounts.

Not too familiar with windows hosting, but most linux hosts will transfer regardless if on cpanel or not.

If support is "very critical" for you, I would personally suggest HostGator, you can't go wrong with them. Good luck!

Hosting in Asia is expensive. You should raise your budget 3-5 times to get what you want.

Which part of Asia are you serving?

You have a decent budget and your requirements are not too high. I would suggest you look at the offers section and find a good host that meets these requirements to your best needs. Maybe send a ticket in and check out their response times before signing up too.

Clustered over multiple locations, Asia, 2 IP's, $19, support is critical... Not going to happen.

Remove Asia, cut back to a single IP (usually other IP's can be purchased), and clustered, and then you MIGHT have a chance.

Sounds like an easy thing to find. Check the offers forum. You can get a promo code there and get a great price. I don't know about the windows linux combo though.

i have give "Asia" as optional and not a critical requirement.

I always recommend people HostGator, it is a proven hosting reseller company. Despite their prices are a little bit higher these guys provide quite a good service quality. A lot of reviews can confirm my words.

9. Price range : $19-$25I can tell you pretty confidently you will NOT get it. Firstly, the only company that can provide your 6th requirement that I had (and majority on WHT) heard of is HostNine. Secondly, WHMCS license doesn't come cheap. Depending on the provider, the cost fluctuates. HostNine (http://www.hostnine.com/reseller-hosting/) has a $20 plan with all your requirements fulfilled, provided that you add a dedicated IP for $1. You probably can't get such a deal elsewhere from an established provider, although I did read quite a number of negative H9 reviews.

I think if you are willing to drop requirement #6, you will be able to find a reliable provider that can suit your needs

That's definitely possible and the list is pretty long. Find a decent provider you like on the Reseller Hosting Offers forum (in WHT) and find a company you like, search for reviews on WHT then make your decision.

Try HostGator.

How about Hostnator, yeah they won't be fully functional till the new year but their prices are amazing and they have 20% off for pre-applies, they seems perfect if your firstly and secondary required features are considered !

good but why not find affordable resellers?

I finally filtered my options to EZPZ Hosting.

Only worry for me now is.. :

Most likely EZPZHosting's firewall blocking/limiting the connection is all (security stuff).

even their office site loads very slow if you have noticed it. They have litespeed and i expect that to be faster than normal.

Which server did you check through HostTracker? Chances are it is our corporate server which is hosted away from our main network. Feel free to PM me or submit a ticket if you'd like a normal server IP to check.

It would depend where in the world you are, however I've just tested one of our reseller IPs with host-tracker and the average response time was 0.1 seconds.
