My local ISP provides DSL connection, a router, 2 usable IPs (not including router ip) all for $119/mo - The DSL connection is 1.2m download and 320k upload.... (keep in mind i live in alaska)

Now, I could get that for EVERY server I had... to ensure each server it's own ip, connection, router.. all that

So, 3 servers would cost me $360/mo

Or, I could buy 1 T1 line for 1.5m download/1.5m upload, better uptime, share it between ALL of my servers for around $2500/mo

Which do you think I should do?

Option 1) buy a T1 line for $2500/mo and make all my servers share it

Option 2) buy a DSL connection for each one servers for $119/mo per server

If you are planning on hosting actual clients I suggest you just get a server from RackShack or somewhere reputable as you will have a multihomed connection for less cost.

For $360/month you are paying for only the connection the 3 routers, 6 IPs and it wouldn't include the actual hardware for the servers.

If you bought 3 servers from rackshack the cost would be $300/month, you would get a multihomed connection, and 21 or 24 IPs (I forget if you get 7 or 8 IPs with each server).

I think you should look at your other optoins.

Have you ever considered colocating your servers?
