Which one of these would you recommend for PHP reseller hosting plans?

Maybe you should clarify? What version of php 5.2.x or 5.3.x ? Do you have any particular requirements as to how php should be run (e.g. mod_php, suphp)?

Without that, I'd say any host that has been around for a bit should be able to fulfill your needs.

Have you used the search feature at WHT? A couple of your choices are more established than others as far as reviews and information. I might take a look at the reviews and or perhaps PM a few folks to see how their experience is with the providers.

mellowhost is not good for a reseller choice...support and uptime good,features are mostly disabled..server load is high...they simply suspend accounts for weird reasons,they dont allow some common free domain names or sub domain hosting...you can run away from mellowhost as far as you can

Best to do a search for reviews on both google and webhostingtalk for those three companies.

They have pretty good prices and I have read a very little number of bad reviews about them (esp Arvixe & HostGator)....

I heard Arvixe has very good reviews around...So I'd go for HG or Arvixe for a PHP reseller..
