Is there anyone here with charge.com.. I would like to know how they are

I looked at them but then I went with a real merchant account (wells fargo) and authorize.net. Its cheaper to start-up and the monthly costs are about the same.

Im with charge.com and there support is excellent and when you call for support live people pick up within 1-4min.s,, they help you through the process and make the process simple.. the authorize.net system is excellent and is very well known.

Charge.com offers 'real' merchant accounts, far as I know. Services are provided by companies listed on their site.

Yes its real merchant accounts, they are just a reseller of the actual accounts.. they resale authorize.net which is definately a real merchant account.. they just help youwith support, some setup , and things like that.. i find it better to go through charge.com then authorize.net themselves because its more of a one on one experience then dealing with authorize.net..

But this is just my opinion from my experience. I dont think you can go wrong with charge.com, but you could always go directly to authorize.net if you want.

I use them, and have for two years. You've got to love them if for nothing else, their rebilling. I haven't found any others that have rebilling.

Ive yet to find anything wrong with their service.. there system, setup, support, and staff is excellent. Also there pricing is great and the fact that authorize.net is so well known and trusted, , u cant really gone wrong.. then they throw in free check processing(though ive yet to seen how to set this up,, there is no info on it that i see in account manager?)
