Hello all, about a year ago I saw this web hosting site and while I was following the site I got interested in web hosting business.

After about 1 year of planning and reading reviews I have chosen to go with innohosting as the second web host company that I know from the WHT. I had no problems with the first one too.

First of all I need to say the system that innohosting have created is really good for anyone who is thinking to start reseller business. If you are already seriouse about it then even if you did not know much, their system just makes you have a kick start automatically even if you just try to get all that they offer. Suddenly you are not only an host but also a domain reseller and also a SSL reseller. Just follow what they offer, take and make use of it and you are done in the business.

The support system I really couldn't understand though as I do not remember anytime that live support would solve or answer my question or problem, rather the live support will just tell you which ticket que you need to follow based on yr problem/question. (I guess the live support maybe solves urgent problems only just like an emergency room. I have no idea though this is what I thought.)

Surprisingly their ticket system is fast, clear and on spot. Never made me ask for 2 times the same thing although my questions were simple after all but I have no reason to believe they would be slower or unresolving on harder questions.

I was expecting much more web hosting templates from them though they had only a few to choose from.

Their legal documents are easy to use but I had to translate it into few languages and translating is a boring time consuming job :)

The server they have put me on seems to be running fast enough with no problems.

Well, I can say this for now, they are better then I thought that they were. I am quite satisfied for my start and I have the feeling I made a good choice for the start.

I am eager to see what will happen when I have customers in the future. (I will have) :)

Anyway good day all and please write yr experiences with them also to this thread.

Best Regards

Good to hear everything has gone to plan for you so far. InnoHosting is a good company and do their clients well.

Which domain do you host with them? (If you wish to keep it private, click REPORT on your post and submit it that way.).

My time with inno was great, except their firewall is a tad bit sensitive in my opinion. Superb uptime, superb support, etc.

How does the sensitivity manifest itself?

:agree: I will continue updating this thread.

it is a little hard to believe Chris and Rameen are doing all the job on backstage as only their names are on my ticket responses ... Do you guys think they have like 10 employees of each same name :) That would be funny if it was real :D

I'm also a INNOhost user. But I would like to say however. InnoHosting Reseller Accounts is NOT a MASTER Reseller Account. Even though they do mention Reseller within their Hosting.

I'm afraid because of this I will have to switch hosts. I wish I was aware of this from the beginning.

Recently registered domain received, and hosted by Innohosting. Thank you!

InnoHosting Reseller Accounts is NOT a MASTER Reseller Account.

If I recall correctly, they do/did have such an offer. In any case, contact their sales department. Never assume that a reseller account is a master reseller account. If they're not named "master", they probably aren't. ;)

I have been with innohosting in the past. Used one of their resellers. What I liked about it the most was the freephone telephone number and prompt replies to tickets.

What do you mean mate? Do you have experience with them? Are you talking about the technical support response time? :)

I recently put one of my clients with Innohosting for a reseller package. Since then I've been building his main site to launch the business for him....which brought me into daily contact with the Innohosting guys during the setup process.
And they are very, very good indeed....ticket response times are excellent, and I'm particularly impressed with the server speed.
So much so I'm actually starting to look at them quite closely myself! :D

What do you mean by a master reseller account? What limits or problems does this cause for someone wanting to resell hosting?

I believe it means you can sell reseller accounts.

I don't think anything on the Innohosting site implies that you would be able to do that.

Master resellers will usually offer 2 types of reseller accounts labled as Master Reseller or Reseller account.

Curious... what's the difference between Master and non master. I am not aware of this term at all...

"Master" uses a 3rd party application which modifies your WHM to allow you to sell reseller accounts.

Typically a reseller account can only create cPanel accounts.

We don't advertise "Master Reseller", so I'm not sure what the fuss is about. Nor do I agree with the concept of a "Master Reseller" or have any plans to provide it..

IMO, if you want to sell a reseller account. Do it the proper way and buy a VPS or dedicated server...:agree:

I also wanted to sell reseller plans though innohosting support told me that I wouldn't be able to.

At first I was whining by myself but I also realize that nothing in reality can be unlimited and if they would allow me to do that most probably I would have some trouble with some customers eating up the bandwith then innohosting would cut me off or warn me and I would cut my customers off and warn them and at last even if it worked it would be a very stressfull condition so I guess for that reason maybe vps or dedicated in my case fully managed ones are better ideas.

I do not neceserily say those also need to be bought from innohosting. This a a matter of a seperate research.
