I don't think there is a tool that will tell you if your site is already in the index for all engines, but there are some tools you can use to keep an eye on things...

For example, Google Sitemaps (google.com/sitemaps) will tell you how often google is indexing your sitemap and how many pages it has within its index from your site...

There are also services like this one (just found doing a google search):

that will submit your site to all the major engines to ensure you're on the list to get indexed...

This is an interesting tool to find details about your site related to SEO.
