I took a look at their terms and conditions. I am no lawyer, but it the most complicated I have seen with dozens of referrals to other clauses and exceptions. There is however, no mention of the fee they are trying to charge you. If the domain is a quality name worth protecting, then you need to proceed further by threatening legal action. I hear of this happening too often. You may want to ask Chris at Netearthone, he helped me out once. --Michael |
