know of any companies that will outsource tech help / support. I want a dedicated machine, but not the hassles and willing to pay for someone to set it up correctly and secure... also willing to pay a price each month for extra help until i get the handle of it myself.
Thanks in advance

I haven't used them yet, but they came highly recommended by a reputable source. I am going to purchase a new dedicated server soon and I will probably have them do the initial setup and firewall, security, etc.

Been using their service for over 3 months. Excellent knowledge, and very quick responses at all hours of the day.

Confused?
You speak very highly of Platypus, but yet you are talking about using Hands On. Why would you change?

Incognito,
My apologies for the confusion. I am staying with Platypus Group for their Server Management services. The offer support packages for client support also.
I am currently speaking with Hands on Support to assist me with client support.
The only reason I am not using Platypus for client support assistance at this time, is cost. They did offer me a good deal because I am an existing client, but for what I need at this moment, Hands on can provide with their reseller client support package. They also provide server management services. That is why I mention both.
As I continue to grow, I may move up to more dedicated support options, in which case, I would not hesitate to use Platypus.
I hope this clears it up.
