Their private label thing looks interesting, with the exception of the bandwidth costing 5 times more than anywhere else.

I would suggest you search here (although difficult with them blanked out, but you can find with some alternate spellings, etc.), resellerconnection, and anywhere else you can find. I try never to criticize a competitor, particularly one located only a few miles from me, but this is one I would make an exception for. Might say more, but Chris Faulkner's (owner) mommy is a lawyer and they just love to sue people.....even sued SMU for failing to provide him an adequate education.

One consideration is that they really do have a bad reputation. Even not getting into whether that reputation is deserved or not, you can be sure that some number of potential customers will choose not to go with you if they know that you're reselling for CI.

From experience, I can tell you that they seem to be down more than they are up... Their technical support, while sometimes intelligent, are very arrogant and forgetful. Where the monster control panel gives your novice clients quite a bit of room to do what they want, it leaves many many security holes... The servers also seem to be very unstable. Any specific questions, and I'd be happy to answer.

*****.com are simply not an option if you wish to say you not only have a website,but its on the internet.Support is slow and support staff is errr (whats the oposite of friendly???) :D
