Every night, I get a 'WHMCS NetEarthOne Domain Syncronisation Report' sent to my email and every night I get the same errors.

All domains that aren't hosted on my server are fine, but any domains that are say 'Error for exampledomain.co.uk: Website doesn't exist for exampledomain.co.uk

Has anyone ever come across this before?

Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for your input but that thread doesn't really help as I have the Cron job set up and it sync's the data but when it comes to the domains that point to my server, it says 'Error for exampledomain.co.uk: Website doesn't exist for exampledomain.co.uk'

Not sure what NetEarthOne is looking for, but are you sure websites are available in the form exampledomain.co.uk rather than www.exampledomain.co.uk?

Yep, all websites are available without the 'www.' Thanks for the suggestion though :)

Have you tried opening a support ticket with WHMCS?

Presumably the cronjob itself runs without any issue

Check the Domain Name registar module
Which one are you using?
Are there any Domain Names already set in the system using this registar?

I personally don't use the Domain Name registrar module
In the event the PayPal payment is reversed then I am left with a registered Domain Name, and the subsequent loss

It is through Directi, domain names are selected through registrar.

so how would you stop that loss? I mean don't you policy like no domain refunds or something?
