hi gang
so glad I stumbled across this forum - lots of great info. here.

Opinions/suggestions for the best control panel?

I am building a web-hosting site and hope to soon go live - newbie here. I have planned to go w/ an H-sphere reseller b/c it seems to offer the most tools to the host.

I want to offer multiple domain hosting on a single account... seems my options are either H-sphere or Cpanel for that, correct?

From the customer perspective, I have hosted w/ both Plesk and Cpanel and feel that Cpanel was much more user-friendly. My experience w/ Hsphere is limited to the demo at psoft - seems excellent. It doesn't seem to be as user-friendly as Cpanel, but I am especially interested in the billing/acct mgmt. features that H-sphere offers. Is that feature as useful & powerful as I think?

Perhaps the most important thing, however, is to offer a control panel that will lead to less inquiries from my customers. Not being very technical, I don't want to have to hold anyone's hand on anything. So I do not want to choose a control panel that offers easier billing/account management at the expense of more emails about how to manage stuff by the end-user.

Incidentally, I have looked at many resellers and will probably go with bulkresellers.com - they seem to have the most competitve pricing structure for cpanel and hsphere reseller accounts.

Sorry for being so long-winded... any comments & suggestions are most appreciated!
