I'm currently using AWBS.

When a client has 2 items which are renewing/invoiced on the same day why does AWBS generate two separate invoices?

Is there a way to make it combine the two every time they are generated (monthly)?

When you buy a domain and hosting in the same order the invoice has 2 items (one for hosting and one for the domain). So I know it is possible to have multiple items on the same invoice.

I dont think so. Even I use awbs and I failed to find a solution for this. Ask their support they will reply

From memory if it is two seperate orders then it will be 2 seperate invoices, can only put multiple items onto an invoice if they are part of the same order. Has been a while since i used AWBS but from memory that is correct.

So perhaps I could change the order numbers so they matched? Do you think this would work?

No, it would not work.

AWBS developers are suppposedly working on ability to combine multiple same-day orders into a single invoice... but for now, each order (web hosting package, etc.) will generate a new invoice.

No, they don't. I've also tried to get a roadmap of upcoming development/features.. but receieved no response.

I think they keep this private so they don't give ideas to other billing software owners. It's silly.

If you have valid license of AWBS, If you buy directly from AWBS site then contact AWBS staff directly, but if you buy from Reseller then ask your reseller (awbs reseller) to add your username on forum for access
