It's not harrasement, referring to the other thread about you in this forum in which you've "just" decided to start posting in. The thread starter apparently has not had his problem solved, you don't seem to care about it and all Mike was doing is bringing people's attention to this fact. Recently you've gone around with a touch of arrogance, your folks may have restored WHT's database, but that doesn't give you the right to prance about as if you own the place. Stop bitching, every customer has a right to know about who he's dealing with, Mike is doing his duty by informing people of what he knows.

Ah so he is doing his duty... you are serious?

Have I missed something???

"Sounds good" - Is that harrasement???

"Thought you were gone?" - Heck so did I and probably half the board when you posted your leaving message.

"Buyer Beware [thread link]" - Why shouldn't he post a link to what appears to be an unresolved thread. He not saying anything about you're company, just buyer beware! - as in expression caution and see thread for details.

I am sure that if Nocsol considers it harassment it could be reviewed by the WHT staff and possibly taken care of. It is common courtesy to step off of someone if they are taking offence to what you are doing.

Matt, such ignorance coming from you breakes my heart... sorry.

If you really mean what you just said then he can post his crap everytime I post an ad ... if you cannot "see" his malicious intent then I am f...ing speechless...

I find it interesting you didn't see fit to comment on the thread http://webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=87895&perpage=15&pagenumber=1 and declared through someone else you have left WHT yet you are back again complaining about someone posting that very thread.

It would appear to me you could have finailised the issue very early on in the piece and decided against it.

Interesting times indeed.

The pot calling the kettle black.

I do not disagree at all, but one is one thing and the other is another...

That's exactly what I was thinking. Unforuntately, those threads are gone now... I don't know why, either.

It is funny how it is always the same people posting against me...

Robert,

From the two posts you highlighted its very hard to see anything out of the norm, perhaps in the license thread one could speculate on the intention. No comment on the actual issue in the thread, the thread was left unanswered by yourself for a considerable time, I've seen it before, threads like that should be addressed immediately, they don't die.

I can see that it is perhaps not Mike's place to point these things out or follow the thread, but in all seriousness I wouldn't consider it harrassment, at least not to the extend whereby a new thread in the main web hosting forum is created. It just fuels tensions between everyone, and makes the forum looks very unprofessional to outsiders, heck we already get a lot of bashing for apparently hosting a lot bashing and flames etc..

I myself as a host now, have to hold back from commenting on threads with "disgraceful", "damn company ...", "you should do this and that, that stinks", "what an unethical company", and variants, even considering bumping just with the off-chance the guy/gal will get justice when the thread gets noticed , because like many people on this forum we get angry when we see injustices happening to other people, some get more angry than others, this why TV programs like WatchDog and documentaries about consumer explotation are just before prime-time viewing (at least here in the UK anyway). I try not to because it makes my company look anti-competitve or looks as if I have a vandetta against XYZ company, but I don't I just feel for however is the victim, sort of take the place of the client.

Is it not possible that this has happened here?

I know you're a good guy Robert, from my dealings with you at least, I'm sure this can be resolved, without such public annoucements.

As you were told last time (before you 'left'). The two issues are not unrelated. I don't know what makes you think that you should be able to post an ad for services, and that others can't post a link to an ongoing issue that another member is having (or has had)? It isn't harassment...

Your ads have been removed as only one ad per 5 days is permitted and you've posted 3.
