He is telling you that posting that you have sent an email to a thread poster is against forum rules, which means you should not do it..

I understand that, but if I posted my offer here, it would be breaking the firsl rule which forbids advertising the forums. So i thought that sending an email directly wouldn't violate it and it'll be a safer choice.

Go take a look at the rules then come back and follow them please.

Actually these are the advertising forums so you're able to. Sorry for posting off topic too thread starter.
