I was trying to fix something on my HyperVM server so I removed HyperVM and I am now unable to manage the VPS's that were already there in HyperVM, I can still manage them with the xm command.
It appears I need a raw import driver for Xen. Can someone help me with this?

I did that and now I'm getting this: could_not_parse_disk_string.

Did you backup the HyperVM database? If my memory is correct all the container information would be stored in the database.
