I am a US Citizen living in Australia and I think it is awful of Paypal to not let others in other countries and in good standing have a Paypal card. I would like to have one as well.

When one sells something on Ebay nowadays one has to tie it in to Paypal when buying stuff no matter what country they are in.

I used to have this online bank when I lived in Hawaii and I had a debit card for it but PayPal bought them out about a year after it started up so the card was not valid anymore.

If enough people from other countries stop using PayPal, perhaps they might consider us as well.

I opened it because I can. It was up there and I so agree that it is wrong of PayPal to do its international customers that way.

I live in Australia and use my American bank account debit card just fine. I see no reason that PayPal who has more to do with international customers than my bank does cannot do the same, especially when they tie Ebayers into PayPal accounts..whether they are international or not.

I am located in Canada, and I was able to get a PayPal Debit Card without a problem...

Ya but a lot of companies will do for people that live in Canada what they will not do for people in other countries. Canada is just next door.

If we are expected to use PayPal thru Ebay then we should be able to have the debit card...
