I have just bough the right to rent paralelles sitebuilder.

They state before making the buy that is needed to have a credit card after the first payment for the first month.

But they do not say that one must get the service for 6 months minimum.

So you pay for one month and the you discover that you must allow them to have the service 6 months.

They should state this clearly before.

Can someone tell me if this is normal ?.

At this moment plesk is sending mails daily to remember me that the informing me that the license has expired. I have received 5 or 6 all automatic.

They don´t care if the license is being used or not or why i am not using it after having payed for it.
I don´t understand how they expect to earn money or to understand their clients with this behaviour.

Anybody knows how i can stop the mailings from plesk ?

I am still receiving a daily mail to remember me that i did not renew the license.

It is so annoying.
