View Full Version : Perfect Payment Gateway for India
troboy 11-28-2009, 08:53 AM Hello everybody,
Everybody know paypal, 2checkout. Are they good for receiving (withdrawing) money to Indian Banks ?
I am asking this because, on another forum, I read that a person had a problem with withdrawing nearly $430 to his bank account in India.
He didnt get his payment. Is anybody here from India having any good/bad experience ?
SBI, ICICI, AXIS, HDFC, HSBC, Standard Chartered are the top most and international banks in India, how much time it takes to receive payments ?
Has anybody tried 2checkout ?
I want such payment service/payment gateway, (which works with WHMCS) from which I can easily and safely withdraw funds to bank account (which I mentioned above) in India.
What to do if funds are not received in Bank account ?
Is there any payment gateway on which, citizens of India can pay though their credit and debit cards in RUPEES?(I know there something called ebs.in, but it is very complex to configure for WHMCS)
Need help, thanks

Plutost 11-28-2009, 12:57 PM Paypal is good for withdrawing money to Indian Bank Account.
'your friend' might have done something wrong, thats why he didn't received his withdrawn funds in his account.
:\
jojoboy 11-28-2009, 01:25 PM Paypal works completely fine. Make sure you have got a verified Paypal account, if you are withdrawing/transferring very large amount. :)
Also just to remain on the safe side, contact the concerned Indian Bank first before going for transaction :)
Good Luck :agree:
troboy 11-28-2009, 02:27 PM Thanks .
Ya, im having verified paypal account. What about other things which i mentioned above ?
woods01 11-28-2009, 05:22 PM Im not sure about 2co in India however you can only withdrawal from 2co once a week.
troboy 11-28-2009, 10:19 PM Did you withdraw funds to any bank in India ?
One of the advantage of 2co is, person can pay in both INR and USD
praveenkv1988 11-29-2009, 01:26 AM 1) Paypal would be fine... You need a verified account.
2) ICICI Payseal - You can get money directly to your bank account.
3) ebs.in - Support most of the indian banks. But heard a bad review about them.
linux2k 11-29-2009, 02:50 AM Moneybookers is the cheap and Perfect Payment Gateway Support most of the indian banks which also support to whmcs.
bizness 11-29-2009, 03:14 AM we used ONCE about 8 years ago a designer based out of india and paid him through "remit2india.com"
antony_m 11-30-2009, 11:02 AM Have you heard of ccavenue.com and paysignet.com? They offer better transaction rates compared to other sub merchant providers like 2CO.
Vinayak_Sharma 11-30-2009, 04:15 PM ccavenue, transecute paysignet all charge you big setup fee and then annual charges and their rates are not low.
Best option is verified paypal account, withdrawal to Indian bank is seamless, you just have to be careful while entering your local bank details.

I dont like them, their setup charges are really high.
There is a bug on paypal.
When we click on withdraw, it goes to a page where we have to enter the amount in $ which we are going to withdraw.
Then after clicking submit, it opens new page of confirmation where it shows the entered data by us.
Bug is -
Suppose the name of person is like this > Mr. John Clark
Hence while on confirmation page, it will show Clark John, where it should be John Clark.
As per paypal rule, the name of account should match with that name of bank account holder.
Thats why I m confused
vansulich 12-01-2009, 10:12 AM Is it accept WMZ or LR ???

All says that paypal is fine we too use the paypal it is good you withdraw the balance to the account in Banks of India But paypal does not provide the seller protection on the intangible goods, if they file a claim after using your service then you will looser There is risk in using the Paypal

Hi
It is not bug In US they follow with Last name followed by the First Name, If you hold the India`s passport there even the same is followed If your bank account name and your paypal name are same you will get the money in your account within 3 days, But even though the paypal transfer the funds Via Ebay India through NEFT but they verify the name for security purpose
troboy 12-07-2009, 09:16 AM Thanks for that
aritrim 12-09-2009, 12:57 PM If you want to save your taxes and have your income as foreign income, opt for 2CO. Rest allsends your money in converted INR which is taxable.
