1. No
2. I would think so, it seems to show my ad a lot, but I rarely get clicks.
3. The software is great, and it work how it should.

Thank you for your review, we are trying to collect few reviews before contributing ourselves to the Google AdWords to see what results other businesses received.
It seems like you may not have placed a high bid for the campaign which resulted in low click through rates. But thank you once again for your review.

Our experience has been great, but then again we're bidding on relatively uncontested keywords and paying next to nothing for clicks - which means even with a relatively low click/conversion rate it's more than paying for itself in new customers.

Google adwords is worthwhile its a good investment and risky aswell as it might not cost you a lot if people dont click or! if lots of people click then youll get lots of hits but a lot of money will be taken.

Our experience has been your flushing money down the toilet running the campaign yourself.
If you hire a firm to do the google for you you'll see the kind of results you need or if it's a reputable firm they will tell you at least what to expect.
That all is of course unless you or your company have marketing/google experience and alot of time to dedicate to managing your account.

We are using it and works out fairly well but takes a long time to get it to convert correctly :)

We've used it before - didn't see any great results - now we're trying out yahoo search marketing - same results really. They send tons of traffic but conversion rates aren't as high. We've been getting many clients from word of mouth advertising of our own clients (people seem to use referrals a lot nowadays)

We have used it in the past but it didn't really work for us. We got no direct clients from it.
The admin and stats panel is very good though.

I have found it to be like throwing money down the toilet, ok so my keywords were not great and maybe I should have spent more time with it and put more time into good keyword research but I have had more luck using social networking sites such as facebook and twitter.
I agree though the stats panel is very good.

I give Ad Words a big thumbs up. It can be a low conversion rate, but if there is enough margin on new clients that come through, it is well worth the cost. I would say if you can retain the clients that come through for a lengthy period of time and you have it in the budget - definitely give it a try!
