Anyone had any good/bad expriences? Or just comments in general.
Are they reliable? and would you expect them to be here with us after some time?

Spill it! :)

Avoid Lypha for right now. Go see my thread "Lypha In Over Their Heads...Avoid" in the Web Hosting forum (the 1st one listed).

Basically, great prices, great plans....LOUSY customer support...as in NO customer support.

Avoid them like the plague. I myself have had nothing but trouble with them, and it seems others are having similar experiences. AND, That is in just signing up!!! *sigh*

I have had great experiences with lypha. I think at the present moment they probably took on more than they can due to the free plan and thus why support is a bit slow. :D

How long have you been with Lypha?

I understand how it feels to be overwhelmed...I'm in law school. However, there is NO EXCUSE for totally ignoring your customers. None whatsover. So, although I really don't want to go thru the changing hosts and waiting for DNS changes to propogate, etc...it looks like I have no choice. I'm just glad I didn't upload my website...just a page saying my site was "moving into its new home".

My questions were not hard. They were very basic and SOMEBODY could have taken 10 minutes and answered them all at once. But, instead I hear nothing.

If I had a completely free account with them, I guess I couldn't complain that much. But, I didn't sign up for the free mini-hosting account. I signed up for a REGULAR package, and it wasn't a $5 one, either. So, somebody else can have my ducketts.

dude, to buy extra space and bandwidth there is OUT RAGEOUS. you can only buy your space by the gig, and its $20's a gig. THEN to buy extra bandwidth is 3 DAMN $'s. lol, excuse my language but thats unreal.

$3 a gig for bandwidth is pretty resonable isn't it?
