I'm wondering if you could let me know the deal with this.

If I use registrar (A) for 6months to register .com domains, and then 6 months later I want to switch to registrar (B)

How this works in WHMCS? Will it switch new clients to (B) immediately, and keep others on (A) indefinitely, or at renew time will they go on (B) automatically?

I'm just thinking that it could be a pain.

Yes, it will be a pain.

Add the new registrar in WHMCS.
Change registrars in Setup ->Domain Pricing.
All new registrations will use (B).
All previous registrations will renew with (A).

OK and If i have an account with a company in USD, eg, $8 USD domains and i sell them for $12 EUR is that going to create many problems? (Sorry I have not used whmcs before)

If whmcs is not in charge of the money of the reseller account and just registering domains and charging them in EUR, then it should not matter i guess?
