DirectAdminSkins.com is looking to partner with a reliable, stable web hosting provider that would be willing to exchange a VPS with the below specifications in return for on-going licenses to the DirectAdmin Skins that we release in the future (after 1st Quarter of 2010).

We require the following as a development VPS. No clients/customers will have access to the server, hence the minimal disk space and bandwidth requirements. As per the requirements for DirectAdmin, we do have specific RAM requirements as needed for performance and development.

Requirements

- Minimal Disk Space**
- Minimal Bandwidth**
- 512MB RAM / Equal-Share CPU
- Root Access

** Development does not require typical disk space and bandwidth, so we don't need 100GB and 1TB of bandwidth. We need about as much disk space and bandwidth as a shared hosting account, no more. We will be the only ones accessing this VPS other than the host.


In Return/Exchange

We will provide the hosting provider that provides us with the above VPS with an unlimited server license for each DirectAdmin Skin that we release. They will be able to provide their customers with the ability to use the skins and advertise such on-site.
