Just got a new Palm VIIx with a foldable keyboard.

Anyone else use this for email etc?

What other software do you use on it for hosting or other? Any suggestions as to software (or software links) that might be compatible with it (SSH would be nice :D )?

heh..can't beat the price I got on this one. Worked out a 'trade' with my girlfriend for certain services since she's never opened it.

I have a list at work of software that I have on mine, i will try to post some links tomorrow. I dont know what i would do without it sometimes. Beats having to carry my laptop around with me all the time..
I use TopGun SSH

from the site -

It does not include the Palm VII or the i70x; those machines apparently have no way to do TCP/IP.

That's what I was afraid of...

You can SSH into a shell with your setup? If so can you detail exactly what you have, what service what palm, and all that, as a palm computer with SSH so I can get into servers from anywhere is exactly what I need.

I've found that the VIIx won't work with SSH because it doesn't utilize a true TCP/IP stack.

Any way around that? What about some kind of proxy arrangement where I accessed a third computer that either rerouted it somehow or ran an application remotely through it?
