You're most likely going to have to buy two different accounts to support both Linux and Windows. Do you have any other specific requirements, or do you just need some form of reseller access? cartikadave 11-24-2009, 12:32 PM Try taking a look at Cartika Hosting (http://www.cartikahosting.com/), been with them for years and they have an excellent reputation. There are many other H-Sphere providers of course if you search the reseller forums here. JustinAY 11-24-2009, 12:36 PM You definitely don't need to buy two plans to be able to sell both Windows and Linux accounts. H-Sphere does this (among other things..) the best. antony_m 11-24-2009, 12:41 PM HostNine offers both Linux & Windows hosting on their reseller plans which you can learn more by visiting http://www.hostnine.com/reseller-hosting/ spdfox 11-24-2009, 06:34 PM With panel H-Sphere ? ldcdc 11-24-2009, 08:44 PM http://www.psoft.net/resellers.php and http://www.hspherehosts.com/ followed by using http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php for locating feedback on any company you might be considering should, hopefully, give you some valid hosting options. Does H-sphere support Windows 2008 yet? 01globalnet 11-24-2009, 10:04 PM I would recommend Cartika, too. They may seem more expensive than competition, but you will not run into problems. You will get exactly what you will pay for. Nothing less. 01globalnet 11-24-2009, 10:06 PM What problems are you having with Jodohost? Maybe you have higher requirements? We have a site there for a shared client. Performance and uptime is very good. No need to contact support yet. I am thinking to get a reseller account there to host some clients with lower needs and to benefit from the very affordable end user support. (Stephen) 11-24-2009, 10:12 PM "Worthless foreign support"??? It is actually native support, we are an India based company, and I do provide support as well, I'd be the only foreign one with direct client communications, as all others in the US are datacenter based and not interacting with clients. I don't know what issue you are having but we will work with you to resolve most anything. Ultima VPS 11-28-2009, 04:34 PM "Worthless foreign support"??? (Stephen) 11-28-2009, 11:09 PM I didn't realize Jodohost were an Indian hosting company. Yes, it has been since the start, :) Servers are in Miami but company is in India. bajaj 12-01-2009, 05:11 AM Had to reply to this. Have been with Jodohost for almost 2 years now and never really faced a problem with them. Server uptime is quite good, year 1 faced no downtime at all (www). Most recently my sites had got hacked and they were prompt to provide support and also helped by providing the logs. We then blocked a lot of unrecognised IP's and that resolved the problem. The best part is that they are very helpful and you can actually call their tech team and speak to them directly. No bureaucracy! Also did a comparision between cartikahosting.com and jodohost.com. Jodohost prices are less than half... would not be leaving them anytime soon, unless something goes drastically wrong. ~ AB mellow-h 12-01-2009, 09:14 AM What went wrong with your current host? Some explanation can help others of course. For finding a host and their reviews please try the WHT search: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php Good Luck. SphereWebHosting 12-01-2009, 01:48 PM You'll need to find a host that offers H-Sphere if you want both Windows and Linux support in one reseller account. Since location of the host's support is important to you, you might want to ensure the techs are US based. |
