I'm on a limited budget and am actually looking to downsize from my current reseller plan. To save some money and right now I have much more than I need. Obviously cost is one of the major factors or I wouldn't be downsizing.

Cost- Between $9-15/ mo
Need 2 dedicated IPs
Space b/t 5-10G
Bandwidth - 20G-30G / mo
Server located in US
Cpanel WHM
Unlimited domains
Installatron/ Softaculous - Not a fan of Fantastico
Lightspeed highly preferred

I've seen a few which meet some/many of my specs but they often limit you to 10-25 domains hosted. I currently have about 10 domains and plan on about having another 10 within the year.

Neither my sites nor my client sites have adult content and I am looking for a host who does not support adult content at all.

I would also like references who will provide their url for me to check out their performance.

I'm not sure who your current hosting provider is but have you looked at innohosting and resellerzoom? They have reseller plans starting from $16.95 and $5.95 respectively.

You can also check the reseller hosting offers forum for any specials that hosting providers are currently running.

a majority of the hosts would actually allow legal adult content and not many advertise "no adult content allowed" since it's a pretty big part of certain businesses. Make sure you always ask the host if it means that much to you.

Your current butget is really too low to find a reliable reseller hosting. If you can increase it little more when I recommend Surpasshosting.

It's quite difficult to find hosts satisfy those 2 requirements.
You would need to order dedicated ips separately.
Small reseller account usually does not have dedicated ip included.

I recommend going for the upper end of your budget. Finding an unlimited domains/accounts reseller for 9$ a month is likely to lead to an overloaded server quickly.

When it comes to Softaculous/Installatron, there is no point in having both.

Is there a reason that you prefer Lightspeed?

Looking for a host that doesn't support adult content at all? What is wrong with adult content being on the same server as you as long as your website is on a dedicated IP? How does it affect you?

Unfortunately I don't think you're going to find what you're looking for without changing your requirements.

Your budget seems fit for 10GB space and 2 Dedicated IPs. However I don't think most hosts use Litespeed and installatron.

Would the two dedicated IPs be included in the $9 budget? Because they often cost extra.

There are many hosts out there who don't allow adult hosting. There was just a thread the other day of someone having trouble finding a host who DID allow adult hosting.

I think the major obstacle to your budget are the IP addresses. They generally run $2/mo each so that would be $4/mo of your budget leaving the rest of your budget to around $5/mo which is extremely low for a reseller account.

As today is Black Friday in the US, you may have some luck looking at various hosts and any specials they may be offering.

That should be easily accomplished, check the offers forum. And I would go with litespeed no matter what.

Shared hosting administrator who knows how to tweak the system at best shouldn't have any performance problem with apache. Apache eventually provides more control to the system admins for being open source. You can try searching the Advertising section, you should find enough reputable host serving many clients in style with apache.
