I get a enom reselller account years ago with parallels, i start with a 7,95$ price, and last year they change me to 8,45$ without saying anything, i send mail asking for it and they say me that it was a enom decision, and they canīt make anything.

Two weeks ago i see that now they are billing me 8,99$ for registrating and courios thing is that i have resellers made under my acount and they are billed 8,95$, this is less than my price.

I have send mail to the paralles mail that send to me the registration information, and no response received.

Can parallels change my price because they want without saying nothing, and no responding to mail?

What happens with the resellers i have made, they have price less than me and i am not wining money with them?

Hope that someone could say me what to make.

I am spanish people so i canīt call them by phone.

eNom's prices have increased over the years, so i can understand the increase in pricing to you. However normally it's not possible to increase the price of a reseller above the price of the resellers sub-accounts with eNom. Not sure how they could have possibly done this.

Im sure they probably said it somewhere. Prices do increase but generally theres plenty of notice.

Is your account active enough to notice?

If your not making any money with your resellers, you need to increase their prices. You can explain this is temporary until you get this sorted out.

I am now in contact with Parallels, they are stranged about this, but they didnīt send any info to me about price increase etc and they donīt know how they can make my price higger than my customers price.

I add two captures, one with my subreseller price and other one with one domain i renew today. my price is higger.

My enom account renew price (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=15931&stc=1&d=1259142480)

I've seen things like this with our NetEarthOne account. You just have to keep up on things. They always notify us of increases and if we fail to update our pricing sometimes pricing will be listed at below our cost for items.

You obviously aren't selling alot if this hasn't become painfully obvious to you. Prices do go up, it's unfortunate they don't advise you of price increases, find a new company.

Blame the registry. They are always increasing prices...
