I am willing to pay good money for a good header flash design. Serious flash designers only.

Requirements
size must be 750px in width and around 200px in height, not more than 300.
dark greyish blue background
must have a photo image included (meaning no text only flash)
upper left must include a company logo (must be clearly visible, simple yet catchy, use mycompany for now)

You dont have to design one right now, you can just show me what you designed. If you can show me a rough design, that would be great. If I like your design, i will pay upfront and the rest after delivery.

I dont like to set budget, that limit someone's ability to produce good design. Show me what you got, if i like it i will buy it.

thank you for all response, I have emailed those who seems to design better. Please keep them coming. I can pay good money for a good header design, $700 or more as long as the price match its quality. I will pay 10% upfront 20% for 2nd revision 20% for 3rd revision and the rest after delivery.
